WARRANTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT

At Guarantee Vacuum & Sewing Center,
we are a full service dealer. We service what we sell*. We offer
full service on a variety of vacuums, sewing machines, sewing furniture,
carpet extractors, etc. However, we are able to offer warranty service
only on a select product group. Please consult the following
information to see if your product can be serviced under warranty at
Guarantee Vacuum & Sewing Center. |

We offer full warranty service on the
following vacuum cleaners: Simplicity, Miele, Royal, Dirt Devil, Oreck**,
Lindhaus, Sebo, and Sanitaire***. We also offer full warranty
service on Royal carpet extractors. Each manufacturer has different
agreements, limitations and requirements. Please consult the following
information, or call the store directly to learn more. |

We also offer full warranty service on
all Janome / New Home sewing machines and Horn cabinetry, which was purchased from our store.
Unfortunately, any Janome / New Home sewing machine purchased over the
Internet cannot be service under manufacturer's warranty at Guarantee Vacuum
& Sewing Center. |

MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS: |

In order to process your vacuum under
manufacturer's warranty, we are required to have the following information
on file. |
|
1) Customer Name
2) Original purchaser's name (if different from customer name)
3)
Complete mailing address
4) Home telephone number
5) Proof of Purchase (original receipt, cancelled check, credit statement,
etc)
6) Vacuum (Sewing Machine) Model number and Serial number. |

If you originally purchased your vacuum or sewing machine from us, all of this information is
already under your account at the store. Just bring in your product,
and we will take it from there. |
|

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: |
|
| |
|
|
All companies have exclusions to their limited warranty. These are
called "wear items," or parts that will need replacement under normal usage.
These wear items include, but are not limited to: |

However, to show our appreciation to
you, if you purchased your vacuum cleaner from us we will replace any "wear
items" at NO LABOR CHARGE during the original manufacturer's warranty
period. There are other exclusions that we can explain to you if you have
further questions. Also, If you
purchased your sewing machine^^ from us, we offer a two year service
warranty. In other words, for two years after your purchase, we will
give you a yearly tune-up free! |

Vacuum. If you need service on your Dyson, and you purchased it here,
please contact the store and we will assist you in acquiring warranty

**The Oreck Co. requires
original proof of purchase before warranty service can commence. If
you purchased your Oreck from Guarantee, this information is on file.
If not, please be advised that only an original invoice with Oreck's
letterhead will be an acceptable proof of purchase.** |

***Under manufacturer's agreement, only
Sanitaire products purchased directly from Guarantee are serviceable under
manufacturer's warranty at Guarantee Vacuum.*** |

|
^Each manufacturer has a different policy
regarding warranty on brush rolls. Some extend the warranty on the
brush roll equal to the full vacuum warranty, while others offer no warranty
at all on this part. Please contact the store for more details^ |

^^Not all sewing machines come with a two year
service warranty. Ask your salesperson or service technician to
explain which products do or do not come with this warranty.^^ |
